The home is located at the end of a cul-de-sac giving more peace and unrestricted views over the 15th green of Bahia Golf Course. Sitting on a gentle incline with views over the ocean and bay of Banderas, the home is situated in the Porta Fortuna complex within easy walking distance of the ocean club with water sports facilities and saltwater pool and the Punta Mita pier.

We had some hesitation prior to the trip regarding safety with the recent news. We are so glad we did not cancel. Safety is not at all a concern here, from airport travel, to day trips. We felt extremely safe traveling with our kids!"
